This Online Homebuyer Education course is for first time buyers who are unable to attend the 8 hour in-person workshop. The total cost for this online course and required group/One-on-One live or phone consultation is $100 per household.
Buying a home is a big deal, whether you're doing it for the first time or getting back into the ever-changing market. When you educate yourself for smart home ownership with Frameworks, you'll navigate every step of the process with confidence.
This program consists of self-paced online modules to be completed at home, as well as one in-person Group Meeting or One-on-One phone follow up. Satisfactory completion of both the online modules and the Group Meeting are mandatory in order to receive a Certificate of Completion. Group Meetings/ One-on-One phone follow ups are scheduled by calling our office at 508-821-2514 after satisfactory completion of the online course.
Steps to complete the course and receive a Certificate of Completion are as follows:
Step 1: Register for course access by clicking the Register Here link below. .
Step 2: After you click the Register Here link, you will be directed to register for the course and pay the $75.00 course fee.
Step 3: Complete the online course including all tests with a score of 80% or higher on each. If you have difficulty reaching these scores, you may contact Frameworks to assist you in progressing to the next step. To receive your HUD Certified Homebuyer Certificate, you must complete the Advisory Consultation with Pro-Home, Inc. See Step 4.
Step 4: Schedule your follow up Group Meeting, or One-on-One phone consultation by calling Pro-Home, Inc.'s office at 508-821-2514 and pay the $50 fee either by check, money order or PayPal. All checks and money orders must be made payable to "Pro Home, Inc". Checks must clear before advisory session can be scheduled. Advisory sessions are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11am - 4:30pm. If paying by PayPal, a payment link will be sent to you. A copy of the Framework Certificate must be presented to Pro-Home at time of scheduling.
Step 5: Attend your follow up Group Meeting or One-on-One in-person or phone consultation and receive your Completion Certificate.

Pro-Home Inc.'s live First-Time Homebuyer education provides participants with a thorough understanding of the home purchasing process, including an introduction to the mortgage process, understanding credit standards, conventional lending criteria and preparing for the loan closing.
The interactive workshops involve presentations and information from industry professionals including a home inspector, real estate broker, lending officer, real estate lawyer, home insurance agent, and fair housing specialist.
Pro Home Inc. is an approved Housing Counseling Agency that is certified by MassHousing, the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
