Pro-Home Inc.'s live First-Time Homebuyer education provides participants with a thorough understanding of the home purchasing process, including an introduction to the mortgage process, understanding credit standards, conventional lending criteria and preparing for the loan closing.
The interactive workshops involve presentations and information from industry professionals including a home inspector, real estate broker, lending officer, real estate lawyer, home insurance agent, and fair housing specialist.
Pro Home Inc. is an approved Housing Counseling Agency that is certified by MassHousing, the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
