First-time Home Buyer Counseling Our one on one counseling sessions provides first-time homebuyers with a thorough understanding of the home purchasing process, including an introduction to the mortgage process, understanding credit standards, conventional lending criteria and preparing for the loan closing.
Tenant-Landlord Counseling Services include counseling on tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities. There is a fee of $45.00 for this service.

First Time Homebuyer Seminars Our First Time Homebuyer Seminar conducts Homeownership Education Seminars which are certified by the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Citizens Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA), Mass Housing Finance Agency(MHFA) and Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) . We cover every step of the home-buying process.
Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program Pro Home has acquired funding from the Mayor's Office of Economic & Community Development (MOECD) to be used towards down payment and closing cost assistance for first time homebuyers. The First Time Homeowner Downpayment Assistance Program provides up to $25,000.00 for downpayment and/or closing costs for eligible first time homebuyers purchasing a property located in one of our service areas. Buyers will need to meet HUD income guidelines, and HOME property restrictions. Funds are available on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed. This program is contingent on availability of funds.
